College football rankings: Penn State jumps four more spots in latest AP poll

In Week 4, No. 12 Notre Dame plays No. 18 Wisconsin at Soldier Field in Chicago and No. 7 Texas A&M takes on No. 16 Arkansas at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
